Clay-limestone soils with varying amounts of sand. Shallow, well-draining soil.
Parcels located in the villages of Pourcieux and Pourrières at the feet of Mount
Aurélien and Mount Sainte-Victoire. Mediterranean climate.
Harvest is carried out by machine at night to preserve freshness and aromas.
is rosé is the result of direct pressing and stabulation on the fine lees.
Fermentation is temperature-controlled. Alcoholic fermentation takes place
at a low temperature (16-17°C). Ageing is carried out in stainless steel vats.
A lovely pale and crystalline appearance with bright, clear colour tones. The nose
reveals red fruit with notes of white flowers, strawberry, peach, grapefruit and
hawthorn. Fresh and smooth on the palate with ethereal structure. A deliciously
fruity strawberry flavour on the finish.
How to serve
This rosé will pair well with all refined, spicy dishes, as well as white meat,
poultry and fish (grilled or in a creamy sauce). Serving temperature: 11°C.
